Midnight Garden IOD transfer on windows

It feels like summer is just whizzing by so quickly! At least to me it does. Living in New England the winters are long, so I anxiously wait for spring. Spring and fall are my favorite seasons because I look forward to all the new life that appears! I love flowers and plants, I have them decorating the house both inside and outside.

And I redecorate my house according to the seasons, too! Its silly but I feel that, because I live in New Englad and experience four seaseons, I get to do and redo my home decor four times!! My favorite way to "pretty" up my home is with things I upcycled: Use something for something other than what it is meant to be used for. Old windows are one example! You could simply just hang an old window up, and for sure it would look pretty enough. But what if you want something a little more than that? What if you don't want to just hang a window just like everyone has already done? Well, you don't have to: I.O.D (Iron Orchid Designs)  transfers are the answer! I love I.O.D. products because the possibilities are endles. I took, for example, an old window and applied the Midnight Garden I.O.D transfer. Now this is a big transfer, so I didn't need the whole thing for my window--and thats good! I had some product left over to use on another project!

These transfers are super easy to use, and I actually have a video on my facebook page doing this. To find the video, go the video section of my Facebook page, and the video under June 17. When I was finished I added hooks so hats, jackets, ect could be hung on it! The flowers on it remind me of spring. And they will always be there even through the winter months. A reminder that spring will come again! I call this this project "Field of Flowers Through My Window." If you are interested in flowering up your window, the transfers are availble for purchase in my shop or here through this website.

Happy creating!!
